You can easily trigger avalanches on some steep slopes. Avalanches can get large enough to bury or even kill you (size 2).

Snøoverflaten er fuktig/våt helt til topps.

Det er mildt i regionen, samt fravær av nattefrost og utstråling på grunn av overskyet vær.

Snøgrensen kryper stadig oppover. Det er store variasjoner i hvor snøgrensen ligger i regionen, alt fra 50 moh til 400 moh. Lavest i indre deler og nordvendte sider.

Høye temperaturer og fravær av nattefrost gjør snøoverflaten ustabil.

Det vil være lett for en skiløper å løse ut våte skred i snøoverflaten. Vær varsom i bratt terreng.

Om sola skulle titte frem kan det det gå mindre, naturlig utløste skred.

Vær varsom i områder som er utsatt for glideskred.
